A Philippine Road contractor was looking for about 40 TPH of high-quality mobile asphalt drum mix plant for managing the asphalting tasks for the Lubang air project that was to be carried out in the Occidental Mindoro province of Philippines.
Since the site was located at a remote place, it was decided that the asphalt plant is going to be assembled on wheels by the professionals in Manila and then taken to the main site where hot mix asphalt was required.
The customer had contacted many companies including our company Atlas Industries for their purchase.
We explained them the advantages of a mobile version of the asphalt mixing plant. We also told them what are the advantages that our machine has over the competition. The customer had a number of questions prior to making the purchase relating to spare parts, warranty, technicians for installation and other related matters. We were able to satisfy their queries with satisfactory answers. Customer was impressed with the wide range of options that we offered them starting from 20-30 tph, 40-60 tph, 60-90 tph, 90-120 tph and 120-150 tph.
The customer also took note of the details associated with the equipment’s chassis arrangement.

• Chassis 1: A 4 bin feeder on a single axle.
• Chassis 2: A drying and a mixing unit + a pollution control unit set up on double axles.
• Chassis 3: A fuel tank for the dryer burner + Mineral filler + Bitumen tank + a control cabin and a panel on a single axle
Atlas provided support to the customer for getting the plant perfectly commissioned and installed in Philippines. An Atlas mechanical technician visited the site to help in the mechanical work. An electrical technician also visited the site to assist with the electrical work as well as the calibration of asphalt drum mix plant.
