A repeat customer. A new project. A mobile concrete batching plant manufactured and tested in Mehsana and shipped to Cameroon, designed to run within 24 hours of arrival.
The contractor’s infrastructure work needed concrete production that could relocate with the job, without a fixed base, a crane or foundation work at each new location.
Long installation would hold up the work, so the plant had to be ready to run quickly once it reached site.
Consistent concrete quality needed accurate weighing and simple, repeatable batch control.

The 30 m³/hr mobile concrete plant ships as a self-contained road-towable unit, with axles, tyres, wheel hubs and wheel rims built in. Any standard towing vehicle can move it between sites. No crane. No foundation.
Twin-shaft mixing at 30 m³/hr gives consistent output batch after batch. A 4-bin feeder supplies aggregates and sand to the mixer.
Batch control runs from a colour touch-screen PLC panel, and load cells of reputed make weigh every batch accurately. The control cabin folds for road transport.
“We already had an Atlas Technologies asphalt plant on site. When we needed a concrete batching plant for Cameroon, there was only one call to make.”
