We designed a fully mobile 200 TPH plant from scratch and fitted it within 40 ft container dimensions for a repeat customer.
A repeat customer, already running an Atlas 150 TPH mobile plant, needed 200 TPH capacity for larger infrastructure projects without giving up mobility.
Plants at 200 TPH are usually stationary. This one had to fit standard mobile chassis and 40 ft container shipping limits.
No engineering drawings existed for a fully mobile 200 TPH double drum plant, so the design had to start from zero.
The client's project deadlines left very little time for design, manufacturing and supply.
Atlas Managing Director Nilesh Patel designed the entire plant architecture from scratch and reduced its dimensions to fit 40 ft container shipping specifications, with no loss of production output.

2 × 200 TPH Double Drum Mix Plants, fully mobile across all modules, with square bitumen tanks, drag slat conveyor discharge, and a high-efficiency filtration system.
Square bitumen tanks heat more efficiently than standard round tanks. The drag slat conveyor handles discharge, and the filtration system controls dust and emissions.
Atlas manufactured, tested, and supplied both plants within 50 days, in time for the client's project deadlines.
“We already trusted our Atlas 150 TPH plant, so we came back for 200 TPH. Other manufacturers offered standard models. Atlas built exactly what we needed: fully mobile, on our schedule.”
