Mini Concrete Batch Plant

AGGREGATE FEEDER

In this kind of small RMC plant, feeding is done manually, and there are three buckets with individual load cells for accurately weighing the materials. WATER TANK

The small batch plant comes with a water tank with a capacity of 200 liters (RM-800) or 250 liters (RM-1050). The load cell below the water tank will weigh the water prior to addition into the mixer. The panel can be used to control the exact amount of water that is needed. When the tank's water level falls below the desired level, the water pump will automatically fill it.

MIXING DRUM

Mixing drum is cylindrical and very effective for mixing. A V-belt pulley connects the gear-driven mixing drum to the drive motor. It helps reduce vibration and requires less maintenance.

Given that it endures the most abuse, the batch mix plant's mixing drum is cut with extreme precision. The flights are constructed to eliminate the tiniest particle. When the drum moves forward (clockwise), mixing occurs, and when it moves backward (anticlockwise), the material is thrown out. The mixing drum is renowned for its quick and efficient mixing.

CONTROL PANEL

The most crucial component is the control panel. The panel board precisely controls all of the operation. Standard-brand electric controls are included in the package. A single hand lever valve near the control panel can lubricate 11 points (RM-800) and 14 points (RM-1050). A single lever is pulled to lubricate all of the moving parts.
